Cynthia and Steven met through a mutual friend in their theater program in high school their senior year in 2016. They were immediate friends and for years continued to go on adventures together! In 2021 their friendship began to develop and they went on their first date in August and continued to go on dates until Steven asked for Cynthia’s parents’ permission to date her and asked her to be his girlfriend in a gazebo at the Huntington Library on September 18, 2021. Since then, they have been inseparable. After 3 years together, they got engaged in that same gazebo on September 21, 2024. They are so full of joy and excited for what’s to come.

Cynthia y Steven se conocieron a través de un amigo en común durante su último año de preparatoria, en 2016, mientras participaban en el programa de teatro. Se hicieron amigos al instante y, durante años, siguieron viviendo aventuras juntos. Su amistad comenzó a evolucionar en 2021; tuvieron su primera cita en agosto y continuaron saliendo hasta que Steven pidió permiso a los padres de Cynthia para cortejarla y le pidió que fuera su novia en un cenador de la Huntington Library, el 18 de septiembre de 2021. Desde entonces, han sido inseparables. Tras tres años juntos, se comprometieron en ese mismo cenador el 21 de septiembre de 2024. Están llenos de alegría y muy entusiasmados por lo que está por venir.
